		<description>Hey, you can come around 25 characters in the title by using a keyword insertor in the title. 

If you have a keyword that triggers the ad and this keyword is up to 31 characters or so then you might get a chance to see the whole keyword as title (only of course with a good quality score) because Google sees it as relevant.

Google staff don&#039;t know about it cos they&#039;re all juniors and never quite optimize campaigns themselves...</description>

		<description>That&#039;s not a very helpful answer from Google - I am experiencing the same issue but worse! A competitor is somehow able to use our full company name in their ad title and it exceeds the Google character limits by 6 characters.

This is ridiculous!</description>
