If you have a keyword that triggers the ad and this keyword is up to 31 characters or so then you might get a chance to see the whole keyword as title (only of course with a good quality score) because Google sees it as relevant. Google staff don't know about it cos they're all juniors and never quite optimize campaigns themselves... A competitor is somehow able to use our full company name in their ad title and it exceeds the Google character limits by 6 characters. This is ridiculous!
